Tylenol (acetaminophen) Dosage Chart


Give the weight appropriate dosage listed below every 4 hours as needed for a temperature > 101 °F.

***Do not give Tylenol to children under 3 months of age without first consulting a doctor.


When used together, Tylenol and Ibuprofen may be alternated every 3 hours.


*Consult a physician before using Tylenol if your child has any liver problems.
